I've try to download media creation tool and use it on my laptop but still remains Pro N. I've fresh start it on the setting. I've also reset the PC. My Pro N is inactivated which makes me wonder if the tech, my sister brought the laptop to for formatting change it and maybe it is not the pre-installed version of window I bought it with. A complete wipe out and clean installation is what I've always wanted from the very start. And I thought the tech do so when I brought it to them couple of days ago.

It was a total waste of money tbh but that's another story. Anyway, I've been doing research for a week now. I'm not techie so I have to search words like boot, BIOS etc and understand how they works because that's what I've always read on forum and other videos of the same problem. I can only completely understand what your referring when I did it.

I was able to clean install the Windows 10 Home with digital license I have on laptop and upgrade it to Pro with the key I bought. And it's all fine and activated. Thanks to ShowKey, I was able to found out that what was pre-installed on my laptop was Windows 10 Home Single Language with digital license. I did clean installation the Windows 10 and have the Home upgraded to Pro.
